Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate or final-sale pieces may not be eligible for return. Exchange availability depends on size/stock.
To start a return, email us with your order details. Refund timelines will be confirmed once payment systems are connected.
